A request made for correct and reliable minutes at the general committee! ....But rejected
It was revealed that,
General committee minutes are not given on time and the content also has been altered!
Huge delays up to 50 days have been recorded.
Hence A request was made from the chair to make necessary arrangements to document the minutes correctly "then and there" during the general committee meetings and to distribute the minutes at the end of the meeting to the participants.
But request was rejected!
Why?
Then the minutes can not be altered later.
At the same time discussions will progress from where it had been stoped at the last time.Hence dragging an issue will not be possible any more!

ReplyDeleteActually the ideal minutes should consists of
ReplyDeletethe input of Exco and
the output/direction of gen comm
that is the conclusion arrived after the discussion.
But hardly any of our minutes consists of these
because here only input no output
hardly any direction of the Gen comm is carried out
so not documented.
Exco uses the Gen comm meetings
just to show off
not to take any directions
Therefore there should be a change
in the way the Gen comm meetings are conducted
so that the final conclusions are documented
with the general agreement of the house.
This time we could see such a change
conclusions were documented one by one
but we are not sure
whether those directions will be implemented.
"with my experience in GMOA
ReplyDeleteI like to say
that as a practise
minutes are given
on the day of meeting..."(Dir. DMH)
Dear GMOA members see
what these "saama paravios" say
they want to continue the malpractice...
rather than abiding the constitution
In many of the gen comm one or other
"saama paravios" are brought up
to dilute the crucial issues and
to interrupt the productive arguments
