The influx of voters was fantastic through out the day!
They were waiting impatiently outside even before commencement of voting.
Dr Vajira Senaratne was able to secure 80% of postal votes while Dr Padeniya was able to get 86% of in-person voting.
Many have various explanations to this significant difference!

Our sincere thanks goes to those who voted, making the concept of democracy meaningful amidst of various threats.Dear Colleagues,We promise to be apolitical throughout and to represent your views all the time.

Long Live GMOA!

  1. We all voted for you Pa and group. But now GMOA shouldn't be divided.

Call for a joint press conference and thank them!

And let them feel like they are also a part of the GMOA.

  2. What ever happened during the past year, you all were in the same team. Some of them had dedicated their lives for it.

Only during the last year, their personal agendas were given more importance than common needs.

  4. Most of the doctors, voted for Padeniya's team 10 months ago have realized now, what a mistake they have done.Dr. Padeniya so called "GMOA Savior" betrayed the Medical professionals in SL down to the worst ever during last year. Dear members, let us teach a bitter lesson to these "Morons" who do not allow members to come out with their views in a general committee meeting.
